These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to cloudgrid-lab.digital and educational offerings from Cloudgrid Lab (“we,” “us”). By using the site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Acceptance

You confirm you are able to form a binding contract under the laws of Korea and that information you provide is accurate. Organizational buyers warrant they have authority to bind their organization.

Educational nature

Content related to the Offline Wallet Health Board and related topics is informational and educational. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also our Not Financial Advice notice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

Accounts and enrollment

Enrollment details may be confirmed by email. You must keep login credentials, if issued, confidential. We may suspend access for misuse, sharing of materials beyond license limits, or disruption of cohort spaces.

Intellectual property

Site copy, templates, videos, and board kits are owned by Cloudgrid Lab or its licensors. Personal educational use is permitted under your enrollment. You may not resell, publicly republish, or create competing courses from our materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You will not attempt to break site security, scrape the service aggressively, upload malware, harass participants, or use the services for unlawful activity. Live secrets (seed phrases, private keys) must never be shared in class channels.

Payments and pricing

Prices shown on this site are informational. Checkout is not processed on cloudgrid-lab.digital. Payment terms, if any, are stated in a separate enrollment confirmation. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that educational practices will prevent loss, theft, or device failure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Korea, Cloudgrid Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or digital assets arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or KRW 100,000 if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Cloudgrid Lab against claims arising from your misuse of materials, your violation of these Terms, or your sharing of secrets in violation of class rules.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Busan, Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
