Information we collect

We may collect identity and contact data (name, email), message content you send via forms, technical data (IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP), cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy, and enrollment records if you join a course.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver educational programs, improve the site, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Depending on context and applicable law in Korea, bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests (such as securing services), consent (for non-essential cookies where required), and legal compliance.

Retention

Contact form messages are typically retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing matter. Enrollment records are retained for the duration of the program plus up to 5 years for accounting and dispute resolution, unless law requires otherwise. Analytics data is retained according to the tool’s settings, generally 14 months or less.

Sharing

Services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe we have done so, contact us for deletion.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting changes on this page with a revised date.
