Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Cloudgrid Lab may issue refunds for educational programs. Prices on this website are informational; payments occur through the process described in your enrollment confirmation.

Eligibility

Self-paced Board Lite purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment if less than 20% of video lessons have been accessed and no written critique slot has been used. Signal Studio and Lab Cohort seats are eligible for a full refund up to 14 days before the cohort start date.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after a Signal Studio cohort begins but before the third live clinic, you may receive a 50% partial refund of tuition paid, excluding any third-party processing fees that cannot be recovered. After the third clinic, tuition is non-refundable except where Korean consumer law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Custom facilitation travel expenses already incurred, printed materials shipped at your request, and completed one-to-one office-hour add-ons are non-refundable. Complimentary materials have no cash value.

Refund process

Email support@cloudgrid-lab.digital with your full name, purchase email, program name, and reason for the request. We may ask for order references from your enrollment confirmation.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval and returned via the original payment method when possible. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellations by Cloudgrid Lab

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. If we reschedule by more than 21 days, the same choice applies.

Exceptions

We may offer goodwill exceptions for documented medical emergencies or other serious circumstances at our discretion. Mandatory rights under the laws of Korea are not limited by this policy.
