Inside the Offline Wallet Health Board
A single surface for status, evidence, and open questions — designed to stay useful when you deliberately stay offline.
Why a board beats a pile of screenshots
Screenshots scatter. Chat threads bury decisions. The Offline Wallet Health Board keeps four lanes visible at once: device, backups, access, and recovery. Each lane holds a status mark, a dated evidence note, and a single open question if something is unresolved.
The weekly ritual
Fifteen to twenty-five minutes. No market tabs. No improvisation with live secrets.
-
1. Scan lanes
Confirm each lane still matches reality. Change only what you can verify today.
-
2. Refresh evidence
Update dates and short notes. If you cannot verify, leave the question open — do not invent green.
-
3. Schedule the awkward item
Pick one recovery or access task for a dry-run window later in the week.
What the board never stores
Seed phrases, PINs, raw private keys, or photographs of recovery material. Cloudgrid Lab templates include a red “stop” strip as a physical reminder. If a note would be dangerous on paper, it belongs in a proper secret store — not on the board.
